Datasheet
Background:
IDH1 is one of three isocitrate dehydrogenases that catalyze the oxidative decarboxylation of isocitrate to α-ketoglutarate (α-KG). These enzymes exist in two distinct subclasses that utilize either NAD or NADP+ respectively, as an electron acceptor. IDH1 is the NADP+-dependent isocitrate dehydrogenase found in the cytoplasm and peroxisomes.

Alternative Name:
Isocitrate dehydrogenase [NADP] cytoplasmic, IDH, Cytosolic NADP-isocitrate dehydrogenase, IDP, NADP(+)-specific ICDH, Oxalosuccinate decarboxylase, IDH1, PICD

Application Dilution: WB: 1:500~1:2000, IP: 1:50~1:100

Specificity: IDH1 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of IDH1 protein.

Immunogen:
Recombinant full length Human IDH1.

MW: ~ 46 kDa

Swis Prot.: O75874

Purification & Purity:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Format:
1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.

Storage:
Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
