Description:
This antibody recognizes the mouse gamma heavy chain in IgG and is coupled to fluorescein (FITC) for applications in immunofluorescence such as IF and FACS. The anti-serum is preadsorbed against human serum proteins and affinity purified using a column coupled with mouse IgG. The purified antibody is then labeled with FITC by using a modified isothiocyanate protocol.

Antigen: Purified mouse IgG
Format: Each vial contains 1 mg IgG in 0.5 ml (2 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4, 1% BSA with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by antigen-affinity chromatography.
Storage:
Store at 4°C. Adding 50% glycerol is recommended for long term storage at -20°C. Product is guaranteed 6 months from the date of shipment.
