Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for Interleukin-3(IL3) detection. Tested with WB, ELISA in Rat.Protein Name: Interleukin-3
Protein Function:
Granulocyte/macrophage colony-stimulating factors are cytokines that act in hematopoiesis by controlling the production, differentiation, and function of 2 related white cell populations of the blood, the granulocytes and the monocytes-macrophages.
Other Names: Interleukin-3, IL-3, Hematopoietic growth factor, Mast cell growth factor, MCGF, Multipotential colony-stimulating factor, P-cell-stimulating factor, Il3, Il-3
Subcellular Localization: Secreted.
Tissue Specificity: Activated T-cells, mast cells, natural killer cells.
Immunogen: E. coli-derived rat IL-3 recombinant protein (Position: S28-C166). Rat IL-3 shares 32% and 55% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with human and mouse IL-3, respectively.
Calculated MW: 18631
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Format: Lyophilized
Reconstitution: Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
Contents: Each vial contains 5mg BSA, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3.
Concentration (mg/ml): Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
Storage: At -20˚C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4˚C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20˚C for a longer time.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
