IL-7 monoclonal, anti-human

Source:
Produced in BALB/c x C57BL/6 F1 mice using highly pure recombinant human IL-7 as the immunizing antigen. This IgG1 antibody was purified from ascites fluid by Protein A affinity chromatography.

Western Blot:
To detect hIL-7 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 1.0-2.0 μg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hIL-7 is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under reducing conditions and 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.

Sandwich ELISA:
In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 1000 pg/ml of recombinant human IL-7 when used with BioGems biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human IL-7 (60-007BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 μg/ml.

Formulation: A sterile filtered antibody solution was lyophilized from PBS.

Reconstitution: Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
