Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for IL17 detection. Tested with WB, IHC-P, ELISA(Cap) in Human;Mouse;Rat.
Protein Function:
Ligand for IL17RA (PubMed:17911633). The heterodimer formed by IL17A and IL17F is a ligand for the heterodimeric complex formed by IL17RA and IL17RC (By similarity). Involved in inducing stromal cells to produce proinflammatory and hematopoietic cytokines (By similarity).

Subcellular Localization: Secreted.
