Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for IL17F detection. Tested with WB, Direct ELISA in Mouse;Rat.
Protein Function:
Ligand for IL17RA and IL17RC. The heterodimer formed by IL17A and IL17F is a ligand for the heterodimeric complex formed by IL17RA and IL17RC. Involved in stimulating the production of other cytokines such as IL6, IL8 and CSF2, and in regulation of cartilage matrix turnover. Also involved in stimulating proliferation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells and T-cells and in inhibition of angiogenesis. Plays a role in the induction of neutrophilia in the lungs and in the exacerbation of antigen- induced pulmonary allergic inflammation.
Subcellular Localization: Secreted .
Immunogen: E. coli-derived rat IL17F recombinant protein (Position: R29-A161).
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Format: Lyophilized
Reconstitution: Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
Contents: Each vial contains 5mg BSA, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3.
Concentration (mg/ml): Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
Storage: At -20˚C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4˚C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20˚C for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
