Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for IL23 Receptor detection. Tested with WB, ELISA(Cap) in Mouse;Rat.
Protein Function:
Associates with IL12RB1 to form the interleukin-23 receptor. Binds IL23 and mediates T-cells, NK cells and possibly certain macrophage/myeloid cells stimulation probably through activation of the Jak-Stat signaling cascade. IL23 functions in innate and adaptive immunity and may participate in acute response to infection in peripheral tissues. IL23 may be responsible for autoimmune inflammatory diseases and be important for tumorigenesis (By similarity). .
Subcellular Localization: Cell membrane ; Single-pass type I membrane protein .
Tissue Specificity: Expressed by Th1, Th2 and dendritic cells.
Immunogen: E. coli-derived mouse IL23 Receptor recombinant protein (Position: I25-D233).
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Format: Lyophilized
Reconstitution: Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
Contents: Each vial contains 5mg BSA, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3.
Concentration (mg/ml): Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
Storage: At -20˚C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4˚C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20˚C for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
