Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for IL33 detection. Tested with WB, IHC-P, ELISA(Cap) in Mouse;Rat.
Protein Function:
Cytokine that binds to and signals through the IL1RL1/ST2 receptor which in turn activates NF-kappa-B and MAPK signaling pathways in target cells. Involved in the maturation of Th2 cells inducing the secretion of T-helper type 2-associated cytokines. Also involved in activation of mast cells, basophils, eosinophils and natural killer cells. Acts as a chemoattractant for Th2 cells, and may function as an alarmin"
Other Names: Interleukin-33, IL-33, Il33
Subcellular Localization: that amplifies immune responses during tissue injury (By similarity)."
Tissue Specificity: Nucleus.
Gene ID: 361749
Immunogen: E. coli-derived rat IL33 recombinant protein (Position: A102-M264).
Calculated MW: 29486
Format: Lyophilized
Reconstitution: Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
Contents: Each vial contains 4mg Trehalose, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3.
Storage: At -20˚C; for one year. After reconstitution, at 4˚C; for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20˚C; for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
