Background:
This gene encodes the enzyme inositol polyphosphate-1-phosphatase, one of the enzymes involved in phosphatidylinositol signaling pathways. This enzyme removes the phosphate group at position 1 of the inositol ring from the polyphosphates inositol 1,4-bisphosphate and inositol 1,3,4-trisphophosphate.
Alternative Name:
IPP, IPPase
Application Dilution: WB : 1:500 - 1:2000
Specificity: INPP1 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of INPP1 protein.
Immunogen:
Recombinant protein of human INPP1
MW: Predicted band size: 44 kDa, Observed band size: Refer to Figures
Swis Prot.: P49441
Purification & Purity:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Format:
1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3.
Storage:
Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
