Specificity:
Recognizes IGFBP-3 (MW 40kDa). Cross Reactivity: IGFBP-1 2%, IGFBP-2 0.5%, IGFBP-4 <0.1%, IGFBP-5 <0.1%. No cross reactivity with cow, horse, pig or rat IGFBP-3.

Applications: Immunoblotting (Western, dilution 1:100); Immunoprecipitation (40µl of the antibody will immunoprecipitate IGFBP-3 from 500µl concentrated T98G serum-free culture supernatant).
