Specificity: The molecular weight of the recognized antigen is 95-130 kDa. It recognizes the extracellular domain of insulin receptor. It alters insulin binding to IM 9 cells but not to the solubilized receptor. No cross-reactivity with rat insulin receptor.

Applications: Studies of human insulin receptor. Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence.
