Size: 25 µg
Isotype: Rat IgG2a kappa
Decription:
IL-23p19 associates with IL-12b to form the IL-23 interleukin, an heterodimeric cytokine which functions in innate and adaptive immunity. IL-23 binds to an heterodimeric receptor complex composed of IL-12RB1 and IL-23R, activates the Jak-Stat signaling cascade, stimulates memory rather than naive T-cells and promotes production of proinflammatory cytokines. IL-23 induces autoimmune inflammation and thus may be responsible for autoimmune inflammatory diseases and may be important for tumorigenesis.
Synonyms: Interleukin-23 Subunit p19, Interleukin-23 Subunit alpha, IL-23-A
Clone: I 338H
Isotype: Rat IgG2a kappa
Immunogen: Recombinant human IL-23p19.
Reactivity: human
Specificity: Recognizes human IL-23p19.
Form: Purified, in 0.2um-filtered solution in PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives.
Applications:
ELISA: (direct or indirect: 1:2'000-1:10'000)
Western blot: (1:2'000-1:10'000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is TBST with 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at rooom temperature).
Working Dilution: Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
