Background:
KBTBD10 is required for pseudopod elongation in transformed cells. Substrate-specific adapter of an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins.
Other Names:
Kelch-like protein 41, Kel-like protein 23, Kelch repeat and BTB domain-containing protein 10, Kelch-related protein 1, Sarcosin, KLHL41, KBTBD10, KRP1
Target/Specificity:
This KBTBD10 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 547-575 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human KBTBD10.
Antigen Region:
547-575
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide
Gene Name: KLHL41
Gene ID: 10324
Primary Accession: O60662
NCBI Accession: NP_006054.2
Other Accession: Q9ER30; A2AUC9; NP_006054.2
Format: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
