Background:
This gene encodes one of the members of the superfamily of potassium channel proteins containing two pore-forming P domains. The product of this gene has not been shown to be a functional channel, however, it may require other non-pore-forming proteins for activity.

Other Names:
Potassium channel subfamily K member 1, Inward rectifying potassium channel protein TWIK-1, Potassium channel KCNO1, KCNK1, HOHO1, KCNO1, TWIK1

Target/Specificity:
This KCNK1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 263-292 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human KCNK1.

Antigen Region:
263-292

Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide

Gene Name: KCNK1
Gene ID: 3775
Primary Accession: O00180
NCBI Accession: NP_002236.1
Other Accession: Q9Z2T2; Q5UE96; NP_002236.1
Format: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
