Description:
KI-67 is required for maintaining cell proliferation. Ki-67 is predominantly localized in the perinucleolar region during the G1 phase. Ki-67 is expressed during late G1, S, G2 and M phases of the cell cycle.

Antigen: KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the center region of human Ki-67.
Format: Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4, 25% glycerol, 5 mg/ml BSA with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-A affinity chromatography.
