Background:
The BTB (Broad-Complex, Tramtrack and Bric a brac) domain, also known as the POZ (Poxvirus and Zinc finger) domain, is an N-terminal homodimerization domain that contains multiple copies of kelch repeats and/or C2H2-type zinc fingers. Proteins that contain BTB domains are thought to be involved in transcriptional regulation via control of chromatin structure and function. KLHL9 (kelch-like 9) is a 617 amino acid protein containing one BACK (BTB/kelch associated) domain, six kelch repeats and a BTB/POZ domain.
Alternative Name:
Kelch-like protein 9, KIAA1354
Application Dilution: WB: 1:500 - 1:2000, IHC: 1:50 - 1:200
Specificity: KLHL9 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of KLHL9 protein.
Immunogen:
Recombinant protein of human KLHL9.
MW: ~ 69 kDa
Swis Prot.: Q9P2J3
Purification & Purity:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Format:
1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3.
Storage:
Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
