Introduction:
The evaluation of cell surface Lambda/Kappa expression can identify clonally restricted B lymphocyte populations and thus can aide in the diagnosis of hematologic malignancy. Several B cell disorders are associated with decreased levels of Kappa/Lambda at the cell surface.
