Background:
lactate dehydrogenase D(LDHD) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the D-isomer specific 2-hydroxyacid dehydrogenase family. The similar protein in yeast has both D-lactate and D-glycerate dehydrogenase activities. Alternative splicing occurs at this locus and two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],
Alternative Names:
Probable D-lactate dehydrogenase, mitochondrial (DLD) (Lactate dehydrogenase D) (EC 1.1.2.4)
Immunogen: Recombinant Protein of LDHD
Isotype: Rabbit
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Observed band: 55
GeneID: LDHD
Storage: -20°C/1 year
