Leptin, also called obesity factor, is a protein produced by adipose tissue, which has a regulatory influence on food intake, energy metabolism and reproduction. Leptin may also play a role in immune and inflammatory responses and hematopoiesis. This antibody binds human leptin.

No. 250233 as capture antibody. 250235 detects 3 bands in WB: 16, 32 and 48 kDa corresponding to the monomer. dimer and trimer forms of leptin. E: 1:32,000; WB: 1:100-1:500
