Description:
LH-RH (luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone) is a hypothalamic hormone that controls the release of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormones (FSH) in the pituitary gland and promotes mating behavior. The LH-RH Peptide is a decapeptide corresponding to aa24-33 of progonadoliberin-1. Residue 24 is a pyrrolidone carboxylic acid (Q converted into pE) and residue 33 is a glycine amide after processing from the progonadoliberin-1.
