Background:
LIME1 is a raft-associated transmembrane adaptor phosphoprotein that is preferentially expressed in hemopoietic cells, particularly T cells (Brdickova et al., 2003 [PubMed 14610046]; Hur et al., 2003 [PubMed 14610044]).
Other Names:
Lck-interacting transmembrane adapter 1, Lck-interacting membrane protein, Lck-interacting molecule, LIME1, LIME
Target/Specificity:
This LIME1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 190-219 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human LIME1.
Antigen Region:
190-219
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide
Gene Name: LIME1
Gene ID: 54923
Primary Accession: Q9H400
NCBI Accession: NP_060276.2
Other Accession: NP_060276.2
Format: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
