Background:
The protein encoded by this gene has substantial phospholipase activity and may be involved in lipoprotein metabolism and vascular biology. This protein is designated a member of the TG lipase family by its sequence and characteristic lid region which provides substrate specificity for enzymes of the TG lipase family.
Research Area: Cancer, Cardiovascular, Metabolism, Signal transduction
Synonyms:
EDL, EL, Endothelial cell-derived lipase, Endothelial lipase, Endothelial lipase precursor , Lipase endothelial , LIPE, LIPG, Lipoprotein lipase H, PRO719
Immunogen: Fusion protein of human LIPG
Swissprot: Q9Y5X9
Gene Accession: BC060825
Purification Method: Antigen affinity purification
Buffer: PBS with 0.05% NaN3 and 40% Glycerol, pH7.4
Concentration: 0.7 mg/mL
Dilution: IHC 1:40-1:250, ELISA 1:5000-1:10000
