Size: 200 µl
Isotype: Mouse IgG2b kappa
Decription:
Lymphotoxin-alpha (LT-alpha; LTA) is member of the TNF ligand superfamily, bind the same TNF receptor and mediate similar pleiotropic effect. LTA, located within the MHC III region of chromosome 6, show close linkage to the HLA class I (HLA-B) and class II (HLA-DR) genes. LTA is proinflammatory cytokine with important biological activity and immunomodulatory function and be known to influence a variety of cellular response. In particular, Polymorphism in the gene encoding LTA appears to contribute to infectious disease susceptibility and infection.
Synonyms: CLTalpha, Coley's toxin, DIF, Differentiation inducing factor, Hemorrhagic factor, LT, LT alpha, LTA, LTalpha, Lymphotoxin alpha, Lymphotoxin alpha (TNF superfamily, member 1), Natural killer cytotoxic factor, Necrosin, NKCF, OTTHUMP00000037612, OTTHUMP00000037613, TNF B, TNF superfamily member 1, TNFB, TNFbeta, TNFSF 1, TNFSF1, Tumor necrosis factor beta, Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 1, Tumor necrosis factor superfamily member 1, Lymphotoxin alpha
Clone: AT15A3. Anti-human LTA mAb, clone AT15A3, is derived from hybridization of mouse F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with a recombinant human LTA protein.
Isotype: Mouse IgG2b kappa
Immunogen: Recombinant human LTA (35-205aa) purified from E.coli
Reactivity: human, mouse
Form: Purified, in Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) with 0.1% Sodium Azide
Applications: ELISA, WB, Immunofluorescence
Working Dilution: Optimal dilution should be performed by user.
NCBI Nr.: NP_001153212
Concentration: 0.1 mg/ml
Storage: Can be stored at +4C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
