ChainFor™ EHEC/EPEC/EIEC Genotyping qPCR Kit is an in vitro diagnostic real-time PCR assay intended for the manual qualitative detection and differentiation of enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC), enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (EPEC), and enteroinvasive Escherichia coli (EIEC) nucleic acids in human stool and fecal swab samples. The assay is intended for professional use only and is designed to aid the diagnosis of Escherichia coli infection which is causing Diarrheagenic Escherichia coli infections, hemorrhagic colitis, dysentery and pediatric diarrhea.

ChainFor™ EHEC/EPEC/EIEC Genotyping qPCR Kit is an in vitro diagnostic real-time PCR assay intended for the manual qualitative detection and differentiation of target pathogen nucleic acids in human stool and fecal swab samples. The assay utilizes target-specific primers and fluorescent hydrolysis probes for nucleic acid amplification and detection. An internal control is included to monitor sample quality, extraction efficiency, and PCR inhibition. The assay is intended for use with compatible real-time PCR instruments in clinical laboratory settings.
