Intended Use
ChainFor™ HPV ID-16 Genotyping qPCR Kit is intended for in vitro diagnosis of 14 hrHPV TYPES, 2 lrHPV TYPES nucleic acids from cervical swab, urethral swab, vaginal swab, endocervical swab, and urine samples. A positive qPCR result for at least one target on the 14 hrHPV TYPES, 2 lrHPV TYPES genome is considered sufficient for diagnosis in regions with active circulation.

ChainFor™ HPV ID-16 Genotyping qPCR Kit is a rapid qPCR test which provides real time PCR in five tubes. The ChainFor™ HPV ID-16 Genotyping qPCR Kit targets 14 hrHPV TYPES, 2 lrHPV TYPES genome based on read out of the FAM/HEX/ROX/CY5 channel. The kit also targets RNase P gene in the human genome as an internal control based on read out of HEX channel.
