Intended Use
ChainFor™ Respiratory ID-28 Genotyping qPCR Kit is an in vitro diagnostic real-time PCR assay intended for the detection of respiratory pathogen nucleic acids in nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab samples from individuals suspected of respiratory infection. The assay is based on real-time PCR technology for the amplification and detection of pathogen-specific nucleic acids and is intended to aid in the diagnosis of respiratory infections. The test is intended for use by trained laboratory personnel.

ChainFor™ Respiratory ID-28 Genotyping qPCR Kit is an in vitro diagnostic real-time PCR assay designed for the qualitative detection and genotyping of nucleic acids from 28 respiratory pathogens in human nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab specimens. The assay utilizes target-specific primers and fluorescent hydrolysis probes for nucleic acid amplification and detection. An internal control is included to monitor sample quality, nucleic acid extraction efficiency, and PCR inhibition. The assay is intended for use with compatible real-time PCR instruments in clinical laboratory settings. a rapid qPCR test which provides reverse transcription and real time PCR in eight tubes. The ChainFor™ Respiratory ID-28 Genotyping qPCR Kit targets respiratory pathogens genome based on read out of the FAM/HEX/ROX/CY5 channel. The kit also targets RNase P gene in the human genome as an internal control based on read out of HEX channel.
