ChainFor™ Respiratory ID-4 Genotyping qPCR Kit is an in vitro diagnostic real-time PCR assay intended for in vitro diagnosis of SARS-COV-2/FLU A/FLU B/RSV A+B nucleic acids from Nasopharyngeal swab and Oropharyngeal swab samples. The assay is intended for professional use only and is designed to aid the diagnosis of respiratory tract infection which is causing influenza-like illness, pneumonia, bronchitis and other respiratory infections.

ChainFor™ Respiratory ID-4 Genotyping qPCR Kit is an in vitro diagnostic real-time PCR assay intended for the manual qualitative detection and differentiation of target pathogen nucleic acids in nasopharyngeal swabs, oropharyngeal swabs, nasal swabs, and bronchoalveolar lavage samples. The assay utilizes target-specific primers and fluorescent hydrolysis probes for nucleic acid amplification and detection. An internal control is included to monitor sample quality, extraction efficiency, and PCR inhibition. The assay is intended for use with compatible real-time PCR instruments in clinical laboratory settings.
