WB-Preliminary experiments gave an approx 65kDa band in lysates of cell line HepG2 after 1µg/ml antibody staining. We cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 36.2kDa according to NP_002396.2. The 65kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC-In paraffin embedded Human Cerebral Cortex shows Golgi-type staining in neuronal bodies. 2-4µg/ml.
