Description: Anti-MCM7 Monoclonal Antibody . Tested in WB, IHC, ICC/IF, IP, Flow Cytometry applications. This antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat.
Other Names: DNA replication licensing factor MCM7, 3.6.4.12, CDC47 homolog, P1.1-MCM3, MCM7 (HGNC:6950), CDC47, MCM2
Clone Name(s):
Clone: BA-13
Gene ID: 4176
Immunogen: A synthesized peptide derived from human MCM7 Acts as component of the MCM2-7 complex (MCM complex) which is the putative replicative helicase essential for 'once per cell cycle' DNA replication initiation and elongation in eukaryotic cells. The active ATPase sites in the MCM2-7 ring are formed through the interaction surfaces of two neighboring subunits such that a critical structure of a conserved arginine finger motif is provided in trans relative to the ATP-binding site of the Walker A box of the adjacent subunit.
Calculated MW: 81308
Purification: Affinity-chromatography
Format: Liquid
Contents: Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, 0.4-0.5mg/ml BSA.
Concentration (mg/ml): Actual concentration vary by lot. Use suggested dilution ratio to decide dilution procedure.
Storage: Store at -20°C for one year. For short term storage and frequent use, store at 4°C for up to one month. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
