Description:
Matrix metalloproteinase family members are involved in the breakdown of extracellular matrix in normal physiological processes such as embryonic development, reproduction and tissue remodeling, as well as in disease processes, such as arthritis and metastasis. Matrix metalloproteinase-1 (Interstitial collagenase A/B or MMP-1) cleaves collagens of types I, II and III. This antibody detects human MMP-1 but not mouse or rat MMP-1.

Format: Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4 with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-G affinity chromatography.
