Background:
mCherry is a fluorophore (a fluorescent molecule) used in biotechnology as a tracer to follow the flow of fluids, as a marker when tagged to molecules and cells components.mCherry is a monomeric fluorescent construct which absorbs at 587 nm and emits at 610 nm. It is resistant to photobleaching and is stable. It matures quickly, with a t0.5of 15 minutes, allowing it to be visualised soon after translation.
Immunogen:
Recombinant mCherry proteinwith full length.
Specificity: Detect the expression level of mCherry tag fusion proteins.Western Blot (1:1000-10000);

Storage Buffer: In PBS (pH7.4), 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide.
Storage Instruction:
Store at -20℃ for 1 year. Or aliquot and store at -80℃ for long term. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
