Today, all techniques used for both diagnosis and research must have negative controls. In Flow Cytometry, these are known as Isotypic Controls. With these it is possible to ensure that our results are reliable.
The antibody specificity of the mouse IgG2b produced by clone AEE14/7 was chosen as an isotype control after screening on a variety of live mouse, rat, and human tissues.
Recomended usage :
Isotype control IgG2b, clone AEE147/7, is mAb against synthetic hapten, not present in mammalian. It is effective for direct IF staining of human tissue FCM analysis using ≤1 μg/10^6 cells.
Application: Flow Cytometry
Storage Temperature: Store in the dark at 2-8 °C
Shelf life: Each reagent is stable until the expiration date shown on the bottle label when stored as directed (at least, one year)
