Description:
Multidrug resistance-associated protein 1 (MRP1) mediates export of organic anions and druds from the cytoplasm. MRP1 mediates ATP-dependent transport of glutathione and conjugates, leukotriene C4, estradiol-17-beta-o-glucuronide, methotrexate, antiviral drugs and other xenobiotics. MRP1 also confers resistance to anticancer drugs.

Antigen: KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the center cytoplasmic region of mouse MRP1.

Format: Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4, 1 mg/ml BSA, 25% glycerol with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-A affinity chromatography.
