Background:
muscle associated receptor tyrosine kinase(MUSK) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a muscle-specific tyrosine kinase receptor. The encoded protein may play a role in clustering of the acetylcholine receptor in the postsynaptic neuromuscular junction. Mutations in this gene have been associated with congenital myasthenic syndrome. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.[provided by RefSeq, Oct 2009],
Alternative Names:
MUSK, Muscle, skeletal receptor tyrosine-protein kinase, Muscle-specific tyrosine-protein kinase receptor, MuSK, Muscle-specific kinase receptor
Immunogen: Synthesized phospho-peptide around the phosphorylation site of human MuSK (phospho Tyr755)
Isotype: Rabbit
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Observed band: 97
GeneID: MUSK
Storage: -20°C/1 year
