Background:
NAP1L1 is a member of the nucleosome assembly protein (NAP) family. This protein participates in DNA replication and may play a role in modulating chromatin formation and contribute to the regulation of cell proliferation.
Other Names:
Nucleosome assembly protein 1-like 1, NAP-1-related protein, hNRP, NAP1L1, NRP
Target/Specificity:
This NAP1L1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 352-381 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human NAP1L1.
Antigen Region:
352-381
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide
Gene Name: NAP1L1
Gene ID: 4673
Primary Accession: P55209
NCBI Accession: NP_004528.1;NP_631946.1
Other Accession: Q9Z2G8; P28656; A6H767
Format: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
