Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for NCF1 detection. Tested with WB, Direct ELISA in Human;Mouse;Rat.
Protein Function:
NCF2, NCF1, and a membrane bound cytochrome b558 are required for activation of the latent NADPH oxidase (necessary for superoxide production).
Subcellular Localization: Cytoplasm, cytosol.
Tissue Specificity: Detected in peripheral blood monocytes and neutrophils (at protein level).
Immunogen: E. coli-derived human NCF1 recombinant protein (Position: M1-D270).
Format: Lyophilized
Reconstitution: Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
Contents: Each vial contains 4mg Trehalose, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3.
Storage: At -20˚C; for one year. After reconstitution, at 4˚C; for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20˚C; for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
