Background:
Accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), that is believed not to be involved in catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.

Other Names:
NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 alpha subcomplex subunit 7, Complex I-B145a, CI-B145a, NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit B145a, NDUFA7

Target/Specificity:
The synthetic peptide sequence is selected from aa 100-110 of HUMAN NDUFA7

Gene Name: NDUFA7

Gene ID: 4701
Primary Accession: O95182
Format: Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
