Datasheet
Background:
NDUFB9 (NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone) 1 β subcomplex, 9), also known as LYRM3 or B22, is a 179 amino acid protein that belongs to the complex I LYR family. Localized to the inner mitochondrial membrane, as well as to the matrix side of the peripheral membrane, NDUFB9 functions as an accessory subunit of the multi-subunit mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase complex I. Complex I plays an important role in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain, a process that is essential for cellular respiration.

Alternative Name:
NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 beta subcomplex subunit 9, Complex I-B22, CI-B22, LYR motif-containing protein 3, NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase B22 subunit, NDUFB9, LYRM3, UQOR22

Application Dilution: WB: 1:500~1:1000, IHC: 1:50~1:200

Specificity: NDUFB9 (E134) polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of NDUFB9 protein.

Immunogen:
Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 102-150 of Human NDUFB9.

MW: ~ 22 kDa

Swis Prot.: Q9Y6M9

Purification & Purity:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Format:
1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
