Background:
Neuropilin-1(NRP-1) is a membrane-bound coreceptor to a tyrosine kinase receptor for both vascular endothelial growth factor and semaphorin family members.[1]The NRP-1 gene contains 17 exons and spans 120 kb,[2]maps to 10p12.[3]NRP-1 plays versatile roles in angiogenesis, axon guidance, cell survival, migration, and invasion.

Immunogen:
A synthetic peptide (conjugated with KLH) corresponding to the N-terminal ofNeuropilin 1.
