Background:
Neuroguidin is an EIF4E (MIM 133440)-binding protein thatinteracts with CPEB (MIM 607342) and functions as a translationalregulatory protein during development of the vertebrate nervoussystem (Jung et al., 2006 [PubMed 16705177]).
Other Names:
Neuroguidin, Centromere accumulated nuclear protein 1, CANu1, EIF4E-binding protein, NGDN, C14orf120
Target/Specificity:
This NGDN antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 136-165 amino acids from the Central region of human NGDN.
Antigen Region:
136-165
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide
Gene Name: NGDN (HGNC:20271)
Gene ID: 25983
Primary Accession: Q8NEJ9
NCBI Accession: NP_001036100.1;NP_056329.1
Other Accession: NP_056329.1;NP_001036100.1
Format: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
