Background:
tachykinin receptor 1(TACR1) Homo sapiens This gene belongs to a gene family of tachykinin receptors. These tachykinin receptors are characterized by interactions with G proteins and contain seven hydrophobic transmembrane regions. This gene encodes the receptor for the tachykinin substance P, also referred to as neurokinin 1. The encoded protein is also involved in the mediation of phosphatidylinositol metabolism of substance P. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2008],
Alternative Names:
TACR1, NK1R, TAC1R, Substance-P receptor, SPR, NK-1 receptor, NK-1R, Tachykinin receptor 1
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human NK1R. AA range:211-260
Isotype: Rabbit
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Observed band: 50
GeneID: TACR1
Storage: -20°C/1 year
