Background:
NK4R is a putative Tachykinin Receptor with sequence similarities to the neuromedin K receptor. It was initially thought to be an opioid receptor and is antagonized by the opioid peptide dynorphin. However, NK4R is activated by the tachykinin neurokinin B.
Gene Name: Neuromedin K Receptor-Like Protein (NK4R)
Family/Subfamily: GPCR; Tachykinin
Alternative Name:
NK4R, neurokinin 4 receptr, nk4 receptor , nk4r, tac3rl, tacr4, euromedin K Receptor-Like Protein
Application Dilution: WB: 1:500~1:1000
Specificity: NK-4R polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of NK-4R protein.
Immunogen:
A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human NK-4R.
MW: ~ 46 kDa
Swis Prot.: Q7PUA8
Purification & Purity:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Format:
1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide, 50% Glycerol.
Storage:
Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
