Background:
The protein encoded by this gene is a transmembrane protein that interacts with the beta subunit of Na,K-ATPase (ATP1B1). A chromosomal translocation involving this gene is a cause of lymphoma. At least two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Other Names:
Sodium/potassium-transporting ATPase subunit beta-1-interacting protein 2, Na(+)/K(+)-transporting ATPase subunit beta-1-interacting protein 2, Protein FAM77B, T-cell lymphoma breakpoint-associated target protein 1, NKAIN2, FAM77B, TCBA1

Target/Specificity:
This NKAIN2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 106-134 amino acids from the Central region of human NKAIN2.

Antigen Region:
106-134

Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide

Gene Name: NKAIN2
Gene ID: 154215
Primary Accession: Q5VXU1
NCBI Accession: NP_001035304.1;NP_699186.2
Other Accession: Q4PNJ2; A6QNL6; NP_001035304.1; NP_699186.2
Format: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
