Description:
NKR (Neuromedin K receptor) is a receptor for the tachykinin neuropeptide neuromedin K (neurokinin B). It is associated with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. NKR belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family.

Antigen: KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the center region of human NKR (extracellular domain).
Format: Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4, 25% glycerol, 1 mg/ml BSA with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-A affinity chromatography.
