Description:
N-methyl D-aspartate receptor subtype 2C (NMDAR2C) is an NMDA receptor subtype of glutamate-gated ion channels that possesses high calcium permeability and voltage-dependent sensitivity to magnesium. NMDAR2C is mediated by glycine. Phosphorylation of Ser1244 has been shown to regulate NMDA receptor channel function.

Alternate Names: Glutamate [NMDA] receptor subunit epsilon-3, N-methyl D-aspartate receptor subtype 2C, NMDAR2C, NR2C, Grin2c

Application Notes: E: 1:1,000; WB: 1:1,000

Accession No.: Q00961

Antigen: KLH-conjugated synthetic phosphopeptide encompassing a sequence surrounding Ser1244 of rat NMDA NR2C.

Format: Each vial contains 0.1 ml IgG in HEPES pH7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 0.01% BSA and 50% glycerol. Antibody was purified by immunogen affinity chromatography.

Storage:
Store at -20°C. Minimize freeze-thaw cycles. Product is guaranteed one year from the date of shipment.
