Background:
NRIP2 (nuclear receptor interacting protein 2) is a 281 amino acid nuclear protein that down-regulates transcriptional activation by nuclear receptors such as ROR∫. The gene encoding NRIP2 maps to human chromosome 12, which encodes over 1,100 genes and comprises approximately 4.5% of the human genome. Chromosome 12 is associated with a variety of diseases and afflictions, including hypochondrogenesis, achondrogenesis, Kniest dysplasia, Noonan syndrome and Trisomy 12p, which causes facial developmental defects and seizure disorders.
Alternative Name:
Nuclear receptor-interacting protein 2, NRIP2
Application Dilution: WB: 1:500~1:1000
Specificity: NRIP2 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of NRIP2 protein.
Immunogen:
A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human NRIP2.
MW: ~ 31 kDa
Swis Prot.: Q9BQI9
Purification & Purity:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Format:
1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.3.
Storage:
Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
