Background:
NudC was first identified as a regulator of nuclearmovement in the asexual reproductive cycle of the filamentousfungus Aspergillus nidulans. Human NUDC is a nuclear movementprotein that associates with dynein (see DYNC1H1; MIM 600112)(Aumais et al., 2003 [PubMed 12679384]).
Other Names:
Nuclear migration protein nudC, Nuclear distribution protein C homolog, NUDC
Target/Specificity:
This NUDC antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 105-133 amino acids from the Central region of human NUDC.
Antigen Region:
105-133
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide
Gene Name: NUDC
Gene ID: 10726
Primary Accession: Q9Y266
NCBI Accession: NP_006591.1
Other Accession: NP_006591.1
Format: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
