ADP-sugar pyrophosphatase (NUDT5) is a member of the Nudix hydrolase family. NUDT5. Hydrolyzes with similar activities ADP-ribose, ADP-mannose, and ADP-glucose. NUDT5 can also hydrolyze other nucleotide sugars with low activity. NUDT5 is a homodimer and binds 3 magnesium ions per subunit.
