Background:
NYREN18 is a specific down-regulator of the NEDD8 conjugation system. It recruits NEDD8 and its conjugates to the proteasome for degradation. It also interacts with PSMD4/S5a, a member of the regulatory subunit of the 26S proteasome.
Other Names:
NEDD8 ultimate buster 1, Negative regulator of ubiquitin-like proteins 1, Renal carcinoma antigen NY-REN-18, NUB1, NYREN18
Target/Specificity:
This NYREN18 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 87-117 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human NYREN18.
Antigen Region:
87-117
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide
Gene Name: NUB1
Gene ID: 51667
Primary Accession: Q9Y5A7
NCBI Accession: NP_001230280.1;NP_057202.3
Format: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
