Ovalbumin is the major protein in eggs. OVA [323-339] Peptide encompasses amino acids 323-339 of ovalbumin sequence, which is an allergenic and antigenic epitope of the ovalbumin protein. OVA [323-339] Peptide binds to I-A(d) MHC class II protein. OVA [323-339] Peptide has been used extensively to study the nature of class II MHC-peptide binding and T-cell activation.
